 When will my order ship?

Our products ship 3-5 business days after you placed the order.

 

How fast is the delivery time?

Delivery time: 8-11 Business Days

 

Why does it take so long to ship and deliver my order? 

ALL our product are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your location.

 

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but if you contact us after your order has been shipped we will still ship the order to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you will then be FULLY responsible for shipping it back to us and once we receive it, we will FULLY refund you.

 

What is the exchange/return policy?

We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our merchandise, within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly fully refund you.

Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.

-With a subject of (Refund Request)

-List your product and why you want to return it


Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 3-5 business days) with our address to ship your item back.

 

Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.


Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account. (We do not control the timing of the deposit, that all depends on your financial institution. If you have any questions on this matter we highly recommend you call your financial institution.)

 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards from any country including:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more.


Are there any additional fees I have to pay?

No handling/processing fees are ever charged.

 

My order won't go through, help!

Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.

 

How do I track my order? 

You can track your order in one of two ways:

- You can go through the "Shop" app. Once you checkout and pay for your order download the app to automatically get updates on your order.

- Track your order through our website. When trying to track your order you must enter the entire order number including the hashtag. For example if your order number is " #23394939 " you would simply enter or copy and paste everything including the hashtag. Then you would enter your phone number or email.

 

Oops - I put the wrong shipping address!

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
